Go to the shopTREVITO LIFESTYLE LLP’s products are there to give superior experience to its consumers. Items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered unless the product delivered is in damaged condition or a wrong product is delivered or product is missing inside the box.
We are not responsible for any damage if it takes place after delivery of the product and therefore no refund will be entertained.
Our products contain natural Essential oils and specialty ingredients which could be affected due to improper storage, negligence, improper usage or wrong application and will not be covered under this Policy. This also does not cover any side effect arising out of specific sensitivities towards product as a whole or towards any specific ingredient and hence you are advised to do patch tests as cautioned in every product.
Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order provided the order has not been shipped out. TREVITO LIFESTYLE LLP does not accept cancellation requests after shipment of the goods
Refund Policy for Damaged Products/Wrong Product/Missing Product
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report within 48 hours of receipt of the products to our Customer Service team at (022) 45161186 or write to info@trevitolifestyle.com. The request will, however, be entertained once TREVITO LIFESTYLE LLP has checked and verified the same at his own end.
In case of wrong product/ missing product then you must bring it to the notice of our customer service helpdesk at (022) 45161186 or write to info@trevitolifestyle.com within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate action.
An unboxing video/ photo is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / wrong product and have to be shared with customer service helpdesk at info@trevitolifestyle.com.
In case you find the package being tampered / damaged / defected, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
If your claim is accepted by our team then it may take 15 business days for the amount to reflect in your same account through which payment has been made. The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.
Any cash on delivery refunds shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer within 15 working days.
Refund Policy for Order Cancellation
Refund for order cancelled before shipment will take around 15 days and a gateway charge of 2.5% shall be levied against your order for cancellation.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from the warehouses and an amount of Rs. 85 will be deducted once the order is shipped and if it is returned back to TREVITO LIFESTYLE LLP (prepaid orders).
