Shipping and Delivery

Our orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. Orders are delivered within 2-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company norms. 

TREVITO LIFESTYLE LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 24-48 working hours from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Once an order is placed, we will dispatch it within 24-48 working hours from confirmation of your orders. Once the order has been dispatched, it will be delivered within 2-5 working days depending upon location.

In case you want an express delivery of the product then we have an option in checkout to pay differential shipping cost to execute it. The shipment lead time will be mentioned in the checkout as per the service level agreement of our delivery partner.

Order deliveries will be made by a third-party courier and logistics companies usually between 10.30am-7:00pm from Monday to Saturday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, security guard etc.

In case you find the package being tampered / damaged / defected, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot and the follow the process of refund mentioned in our refund policy.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for any single order below Rs.5000 and for maximum two orders in a day. There is no advance payment required and no additional charges are levied for COD orders. However, shipping charges are payable for COD orders as per the location. COD facility is available at all locations where we can deliver the products. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our delivery partner will only accept cash in Indian Rupee.
